Terms of Service
Payment: You can choose either to pay full upfront or after the sketch is confirmed.Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions that have been paid are non-refundable. Please do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. If you have concerns you can reach out to me first.Additional fees: additional objects and complicated designs/accessories may affect the price. There will be +50% fee for private commissions.References: references are required not only in descriptions but also in visual form, to make it easier for me to work on the commission. If you can't find any suitable reference, you can draw me a simple picture with descriptions, it'll help a lot!Progress: I will work according to the queue. You can check the status of your commission on my Trello. I will update you from time to time for feedback.Revisions: maximum of 2 revisions can be made during the sketching stage. Minor revisions may be allowed during the coloring/rendering process.Time: I avoid rushed commissions. Ideally, I will finish one commission within 2-4 weeks, but it may take longer due to my schedule.Finished piece: the completed high resolution file will be sent to through email in 300dpi JPG/PNG format and 2000-3000px in dimensions. You will receive watermark and non-watermark files.
Note: I have the right to refuse or refund any commission at any time.
Terms of Use
Personal commissions are for personal use only.
I have the right to use and post all commissioned works as samples, except private commissions.
Do not claim as your own. Please credit me if you want to post/use the commissioned work.
Order & Process
Contact me on my social media for confirmation.
Send me your commission details through email with the format as follows; your name, commission type (e.g. milkbread, full body), visual references and notes.
Order queued and I will start sketching.
An invoice will be sent to your email after fixed sketch.
Send me a message to confirm your payment and I will continue to work on the commission according to queue.
You will get your commission in your email.
